Many of the gardens have been converted into car storage areas, and I saw cars parked fully on the footway.
We have just attended an RTC whereby a cyclist has collided with a car. At this time, the cyclist is not though to have any life threatening or life changing injuries.
Always wear a helmet, colourful clothing and have working lights.
